Often the existing system and/or the replacement system cannot fit into the attic due to the pull down ladder being in the way. We would have to remove the surrounding trim, release the high tension springs, remove all shims, cut and remove all nails/screws, drop the entire ladder system from ceiling, and then re-install everything after the new system is installed. Can easily be the worse part of the day and take hours trying to re-install correctly and getting trim to line-up as it did previously.
